1Student Agreement to participate in Tapped In
The Tapped In online community is an online community of educational professionals that has a special separate online community for k-12 students. Teachers across the nation use this online community to share educational information with each other as well as provide online discussions amongst their students. Two important features of the Tapped In website is that students are only allowed access to the online student community, not the adult teacher community and student information is limited and only available to the others in the student community. This information can be limited to only those in Mrs. Jolle’s classes.
By signing and agreeing to the rules below, the student accepts responsibility for the appropriate use of the Tapped In online World History or Political Science group. Group membership can be revoked at any time the agreement guidelines are violated.

1. I understand that swearing, offensive language (verbal, non-verbal), obscenity, harassment, rudeness and other inappropriate conduct is not tolerated in Tapped In. ____________
2. I understand that Mrs. Jolle will receive transcripts of any conversation or posting that I enter on Tapped In even if she is not online at the time I enter the posting. ____________
3. I understand that if I violate the Tapped In Code of Conduct I can be removed as a member by Mrs. Jolle or a Tapped In Administrator. I can be banned from having future accounts with Tapped In as well. _________
4. I understand that Tapped In does not require a student to enter ANY personal identifying information and only allows members under 18 to enter a first name, email address and an appropriate photo. Except for the first name, all other information, including email address is only visible to members of my student group, Mrs. Jolle and the Tapped In administrators.

5. I understand that in the areas of the Tapped In community open to students and faculty I may come in contact with other students or faculty in the Tapped In community. My online interaction must adhere to the same level of expectations as when I am in the Alpharetta High School classroom.
